Group and in-service sessions play an important role in the ongoing professional development of Superior Plus Cleaning Services personnel. In addition to the regular sessions conducted by certified trainers and instructors, account-specific training is also provided.

At Superior Plus Cleaning Services, training is a continual process, not a one time event. That is, it does not stop with any of the many formal sessions we may conduct. On-site training has always been and will continue to be a large part of our on-site manager, supervisors and regional manager¹s responsibilities on your account.

Superior Plus Cleaning Services incorporates both "on the job" training as well as videotape training tools. These tools enable our employees to work smarter, not harder, at their tasks and responsibilities.

Cross training of our employees creates interest in working and greatly reduces employee turnover.

Employee Screening
Before hire, each applicant must satisfy a complete background screen including:
    
     - Comprehensive Reference Check
     - Criminal Background Screen
     - Motor Vehicle Record Check
     - I-9 Compliance with no less than two acceptable forms of identification.

Orientation and Training
Each cleaner is fully orientated to the Superior Plus Cleaning Services, with hands-on, classroom and video presentations:

     - Review of Employee Handbook
     - Sexual Harassment Policy
     - Organizational structure
     - Emergency Procedures and Security
     - Quality Assurance - Customer Satisfaction
     - Technical Skills - Technique and Enhancement

Safety
Superior Plus Cleaning Services is committed to assuring a clean, safe and healthy work place. Each Superior Plus Cleaning Services employee is required to undergo Safety Training Programs including:

     - Safe Work Practices
     - General and Specific Safety Procedures
     - Accident prevention and reporting
     - OSHA approved HazCom - Right to Know
     - OSHA approved Blood Borne Pathogens Training
     - OSHA approved Emergency Control Procedures
     - OSHA approved Personal Protective Equipment Training
     - First Responder situation identification and usage of our Superior Plus Cleaning Services First Aid Kits

Support and Oversight
Recognizing the importance corporate support, our OSHA trained leadership team conducts on-site safety training, random inspections and is readily available 24/7 for support and direction.
