1. Do you work on Weekends?
 Yes, we work from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.

2. What if I need to change the date of the appointment?
We require a 24-hour notice or we will charge $25.

3. Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
We provide everything needed to completely clean your home. If you want us to use specific products, we are more than happy to use them. You just need to notify us and provide the cleaning supplies when we arrive. By the way, we offer green cleaning supplies as well as traditional products.

4. What payment options do you offer?
Please keep in mind that payments are due at the time of cleaning. You can pay us with cash, check or Paypal. If you decide to use a credit card, we charge a 10% convenience fee. We only accepts checks drawn from a local bank.

5. Do I have to be home when the maid is here?
You don't have to be at home but we recommend it in case you want to give the maid/cleaning crew further instructions.

6. What if I'm not satisfied?
If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours and we will come and clean your house again for free. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

7. Can I trust your company?
Absolutely. Superior Plus Cleaning Services is a reliable service company. We are licensed and insured. Customer satisfaction is our main goal and we want to have you as our customer over and over again.

8. Are you licensed and bonded?
Yes we are licensed and bonded for your protection and all our staff has been finger printed and had their background checked.
